Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original branded packaging and secure it within a protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund or dispatch your new selection within 5-7 business days.
